The client is one of the largest manufacturers in the home security products. Their product portfolio includes smart Fire & smoke detectors, Toxic gas monitors and many more.
Project
Customer is releasing new product every quarter. They wanted us to run their entire product management program. The scope consisted of Architecture, Embedded Firmware, Mobile App, Cloud Development, Quality Assurance, Support & Maintenance. The overall team size to run this program was 60+ engineers.
Solution
Zylitix provided a hybrid solution keeping the candidates’ sensitive data in a private & secured cloud while keeping the computation-intensive data in the scalable AWS cloud.
The overall project scope included the development of the following portals.
- Customer portal to manag jobs and candidates
- COGBEE Admin panel
- Interviewer portal
- Android & iOS application for candidates
- Web application for expert-led interviews
- Integration into multiple ATSes – Greenhouse, iCIMS etc.
